• All OGD cake deliveries are made in high-quality cardboard boxes for proper preservation of the ordered cakes through shipping and delivery.

• Due to different creative processes of different bakers, the cakes delivered may look a little different from the images displayed on our website.

Delivery Information:

• As cakes are perishable, we do not attempt multiple deliveries of the same order. OGD makes only one delivery attempt and requires customers to submit correct delivery address.

• If the delivery address is easily accessible (major towns and cities), customers will get their orders delivered quicker than delivery addresses that are remote and difficult to access.

• In certain situations, we may be forced to use substitute ingredients in case the original ingredient is not available in the local market.

Ideal Storage and Serving Conditions:

• Avoid storing our delivered cakes in hot and humid environments.

• Cream cakes are best stored in refrigerators and fondant cakes are best stored in air-conditioned environments.

• For enjoying the ultimate taste, OGD cakes should be served at room temperature.

• In case the cake features figurines and sculptures, there may be certain inedible items added to support the decorative items. Remove these items before consuming the cake.
