The terms and conditions listed on this page dictate your use of the OgdMart website and the purchase of products/services from the website. These terms and conditions are equivalent to a written contract and we at OgdMart reserve the right to modify them at any time.

Products and Pricing

  • All the products along with their descriptions and prices that are listed on the website can be modified at any time.
  • OgdMart reserves the right to suspend or completely discontinue sales of products without providing prior information.
  • If there is a mistake in the displayed price of a particular product that has been ordered, OgdMart has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the user for the same.
  • The actual product may differ from the photos that are displayed on the website.

Orders and Acceptance of Orders

  • If you place an order through the website, it is up to Online Gift Delivery to accept or decline the order based on reasons that may or may not be revealed to you.
  • If your order is accepted, you need to provide accurate information concerning the name and address of the intended recipient.
  • If OgdMart cancels an order, you have the right to a full refund for the cancelled order. and And if any customer use wrong trick with payment. like website heaking and fraud with website, then we will not refund.
  • OgdMart accepts the following payment methods: Cash on delivery (COD), Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Maestro), PayPal and digital wallets.
  • Payments through payment gateways are subject to their own rules and regulations.

Substitution Policy

  • Occasionally, OgdMart may substitute a product with the next best alternative due to the unavailability of the original product due to various reasons.
  • Before substituting the product, OgdMart will get in touch with you to let you know regarding the substitution. If you give your consent, we will go ahead with the substitution.

Order Cancellation/Modification Policy

  • Certain orders may be cancelled by OgdMart owing to reasons such as limited product quantity and pricing information errors.
  • You can cancel orders as well, but they will not typically apply to same-day orders. However, we will cancel the order if it has not been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request.

Order/Delivery Confirmation SMS and Email

  • Once you have successfully placed an order, OgdMart will send you an order confirmation message via SMS/Email.
  • Once the order is delivered, you will be sent a delivery confirmation message via SMS/Email.
  • Delivery in 2 hours is available in the cake and flower category only across India.
  • And if any customer use wrong trick like heaking and fraud in this condition we will not refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances such as political disruptions and inclement weather conditions, the delivery of your orders may be delayed.
  • In the event of any delay, you will be notified via SMS/Email.
  • If you are not able to receive the order due to some reason, you can notify us in advance so that we can deliver it to your neighbors or to an address of a family member/friend.
  • Occasionally, we may dispatch your orders via third-party courier companies. In such a scenario, the delivery of your order will be subject to the rules and regulations of the third-party courier company.
  • We only ship our products to the locations listed in our ‘Serviceable Cities List’.

Duplicate Orders

  • If you place two orders for the same product, please get in touch with us so that we can cancel the duplicate order and also provide you a full refund if you have already paid for the same.

Payment Terms

  • You will be required to pay the amount for a product that is mentioned at the time of order placement.
  • You will also be required to pay the amounts for any applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Communications

  • OgdMart will communicate with you via SMS and Emails to notify you regarding order confirmations and delivery confirmations.
  • We may also reach out to you to notify you regarding the latest offers and the addition of new products to our catalogue.

Feedback and Suggestions

  • We want to continually improve and serve our existing customers and future customers better. If you feel that we can do better in certain aspects of providing our products and services, feel free to tell us and we will do everything we can to incorporate your suggestions.

Returns and Refund Policy

  • OgdMart does not accept product returns. However, you can get in touch with us if you receive a defective or an incorrect product. We will send you a replacement at the earliest or refund the full amount of the defective or incorrect product.
  • We will not provide refunds if you enter an incorrect delivery address or damage the product owing to mishandling it on your end.
  • And if any customer use wrong trick like heaking and fraud in this condition we will not refund.
  • Refunds may take around 7 – 10 working days to be processed.

Exchanges

  • OgdMart does not accept product exchange requests.
